This policy describes the purchase terms applicable to the services and products offered by Enes Dogan Photography on this site: photo sessions, bookings, and gift cards.
1. Order and confirmation
A session booking is confirmed by paying a deposit, specified on the relevant product page. A gift card is considered purchased once payment is confirmed; it is then emailed to the recipient indicated.
2. Price and payment
Displayed prices are in euros, including tax where applicable. Payment is made by card at the time of order, via the payment methods offered on the site. The balance of a session, when not paid in full online, is settled directly with the photographer under the agreed terms.
3. Nature of the service
The services sold are bespoke photography services and digital gift cards: they are not physical goods shipped by post, except for optional printed photographs. The right of withdrawal that applies to physical goods therefore does not apply in the same way to a session already carried out or a gift card already sent.
4. Delivery of images
Retouched images are delivered through an online gallery, within the timeframe stated on each service’s page. No postal delivery is required, except for optional print orders.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation terms for a session and the refund conditions for the deposit are detailed in the refund and cancellation policy.
6. Rights over the images
The scope of usage rights granted to the client (personal or commercial use, duration, territory, depending on the service) is specified in the quote or on the product page before purchase.
