For businesses
Food & Hospitality
A dish photographs well in the ninety seconds after plating. Past that, it’s still edible but no longer photogenic.
I work at the kitchen’s pace, not the other way round: natural light when possible, no stylist, no fake dish, just what you actually serve.

Frequently asked
Do you need to close the restaurant?
No. I usually shoot between services, or in the dining room during service for atmosphere shots. We fit the schedule to yours.
How many dishes per session?
Between ten and fifteen over half a day, depending on plating complexity. We set the list together beforehand.
