What an elopement in Paris costs

It is the question people only dare ask second. Here is what actually sets the price of an elopement in Paris, and why I do not publish a package.

Three things move the price

The duration. A half day covers the ceremony and two locations. A full day adds early morning, lunch and the evening light, often the best part. The gap between the two is real.

The number of locations. Two or three across Paris, with the travel worked out on foot or by taxi depending on the outfit and the weather. Every move takes time away from shooting.

The ceremony. Some couples arrange one, with an officiant and two witnesses. Others come only for the images. Those are not the same day.

Why there is no published package

A single price would be wrong in both directions: too high for a morning across two locations, too thin for a full day with a ceremony and dinner. I would rather ask a few questions and send a proposal that fits your day.

Compared with a full wedding

An elopement generally costs less, for two reasons: the photo coverage is shorter and the logistics are lighter. A classic wedding day means ten to twelve hours on site, plus three or four days of invisible work behind it. What is included either way

The scouting prepared in advance, the hour chosen around the light and the real crowds, the fallback spot if the weather turns, and the full retouched gallery within three weeks. None of these are billed separately.

On top of that, I work in French, English and Turkish, which helps when the day is arranged from abroad.
