CityBzz makes honey from the flowers of Paris. Its founder, Volkan Tanaci, left banking for bees. His honey carries the “Fabriqué à Paris” label and has won three gold medals at the Grand Paris competition (2016, 2019, 2023).

For its social media, I photographed three things: portraits of Volkan, his workshop-shop in the 13th arrondissement (opened June 2024) and his products. For the portraits, I shot him at the workbench, in his doorway and in front of an orange curtain. For the products, I stayed close to everyday gestures: the jarring, the hives.
