How do I book a session?
Write to me through the Contact page or the booking form for the service you’re interested in: date, location if you have one, and what you have in mind. I reply within 24 hours with my availability.
What languages do you speak?
English, French and Turkish, with no barrier during the session or in the messages before and after.
What happens if it rains on the day?
We talk it through the evening before. Depending on the service, we either shift the time or switch to a covered backup location arranged in advance. The plan B is always decided ahead of time, never in a panic the morning of.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to fourteen days before the session. Beyond that, the deposit is retained. Full details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Do you need a permit to shoot in Paris?
Not for a handheld session: the locations I use (esplanades, streets, public gardens) don’t require one. A tripod or a larger crew may need a declaration; I handle that if it applies.
What rights do I get over my photos?
Personal use is always included. For commercial use (brand, business), the scope of rights (duration, territory, channels) is specified in the quote before the session.
How do gift cards work?
You choose an amount, write a message, and the card is emailed to the recipient. It stays valid for a year and can be used toward any service.
How far in advance should I book?
For a short session (couple, portrait, Pack Parisien), a few weeks is often enough. For a wedding, book several months ahead, popular dates fill up fast in high season.
Do you travel outside Paris?
Yes, within Île-de-France and beyond, in France and abroad. Travel costs are listed separately in the quote, never buried in the base rate.
How long does it take to receive my edited photos?
Allow ten days for a short session, five days for the Pack Parisien, and four weeks for a full wedding. A first selection of images is always sent within 48 hours.
Can I change outfits during the session?
Yes, and it’s actually recommended for sessions of an hour or more. Plan outfits you can change into on your own; I’ll point out the best moment to switch without losing the light.
Are pets allowed during the session?
Of course, as long as the chosen location allows it. Mention it when booking: some Parisian public gardens have specific rules that I know and can point you to.
How does payment work?
A €100 deposit confirms the booking; the balance is settled on the day of the session by transfer or card. For weddings, a payment schedule can be arranged.
Do you offer night or indoor sessions?
Yes, depending on the package and the season. Paris by night (the glittering Eiffel Tower, lit-up riverbanks) is a frequent choice for couple and proposal sessions; we discuss it at booking time.
Do you post my photos on your site or social media?
Only with your explicit agreement, asked for after the session. If you’d rather your photos stay private, just say so, no questions asked.
Can I request a second photographer?
Yes, as an option on most packages, useful for large groups or weddings. The price is listed among the options on each booking page.
What’s the difference between the base package and the add-on options?
The base package covers a fixed duration and a fixed number of edited photos. The options (extended session, second photographer, album, prints) are added on top depending on your needs, with no obligation to take them all.
