Plenty of photographers put the price after three paragraphs about the emotion of the moment. I’d rather lead with it, since that’s what you came here for. A pregnancy photo session starts at €350 with me, and the rest of this page explains what’s behind that number, and what pushes the bill up elsewhere.
What does a pregnancy photo session cost in Paris?
I only have two packages, and nothing in between.
Essential, from €350. An hour and a half of shooting, one location, two outfits, ten edited photos delivered within ten days.
Complete, from €500. Two and a half hours, two locations, fifteen edited photos, and prints are included.

What changes between Essential and Complete
A €150 gap, for three concrete things.
An extra hour, first. At seven or eight months pregnant, that’s what lets you walk slowly, sit down when you need to, and finish the session without running out of breath. On Essential the pace works fine, but the schedule is tighter.
A second location, next. With a single location, the gallery already holds together on its own. I usually suggest the second one when you have a specific backdrop in mind beyond the obvious one, an interior or a street that matters to you, for instance.
And the prints, included in Complete while billed separately on Essential. That’s often what tips the decision for mothers-to-be who already know they’ll want something on the wall, not just a folder on a phone.
How much does a maternity photo session cost?
In Paris and the wider Île-de-France region, listed prices range from under €200 to over €600. When I look at what other photographers publish, the gap rarely comes down to skill. It comes down to how they count.
Some photographers charge per photo: a price per edited image, usually around €20 to €30 each, with a minimum. The initial quote looks low, then doubles once you see the gallery and can’t narrow forty images down to ten. Others add a surcharge for Sundays and public holidays, or a markup depending on the town. And almost everywhere, prints are billed on top.
My two packages are fixed. The number of edited photos is set in advance, there’s no holiday surcharge or file fee, and you know the full total before you book. It’s less flexible, I’ll admit, but it avoids a bad surprise at delivery.
If you don’t live in Paris
The search people type is usually “pregnancy photo session price Île-de-France,” not “Paris.” Here’s how it actually works.
Travel is included within Paris. For a session in Essonne, Val-de-Marne, Val-d’Oise, or elsewhere in the inner or outer suburbs, I’ll put together a simple quote before you commit to anything. Plenty of suburban couples prefer to shoot in the city anyway, since the locations I know best are here: Trocadéro, the Tuileries, Buttes-Chaumont. But if the backdrop that matters to you is your own neighborhood, that’s where we go.
Deposit and balance
A €100 deposit reserves the date, paid by card on the booking page. The balance is due on the day of the session. It works the same way for both packages.
Add-ons
Third outfit: +€80. 20×30cm prints: +€40 for ten photos. 20×20cm fine art album: +€100. Tesla Model 3 car service: +€40 per hour, with pickup from your address, useful late in pregnancy if you’re moving between several locations.
I don’t push any of these during our conversations. Most of the sessions I shoot go by without adding anything at all.
When to book
The right window for the session is between the seventh and eighth month, which doesn’t leave much room. I’d suggest writing to me from the sixth month on, especially from April to June and in September, when end-of-day slots fill up fast.
